On behalf of the Board Of Control (the L.T.S.I.'s Management team), may we welcome you to our state of the art website. We hope this site will help you and your family make the all important decision to try a FREE trial lesson under us..The L.T.S.I. prides itself on being a family orientated Martial Arts group. We provide our membership two L.T.S.I. tournaments annually, plus for those interested, access to many other events during the year (including European and World level). We also hold two courses for those looking to 'cross train' and learn other disciplines. All schools hold area examinations on a six weekly cycle, where an appointed International Examiner grades their members. The head of the L.T.S.I. is Mr. Snow, 5th Degree registered International Instructor and qualified International Examiner. The L.T.S.I. admin staff are voluntary. No one person controls the group, as the L.T.S.I. is run by the Instructors who reside in its organisation. This means no politics, no one person calling the shots. Noted by many as a group of great substance and quality across the board, if you want to succeed try out one of our local classes.

Lions stand their ground in fierce arena 14/07/08: Team L.T.S.I. members traveled to the London Opens in Guildford yesterday to take part in what many call one of the hardest contact events in England. The team was coached by Mr. Snow and Mr. Smith during the day, who made sure that all competitors stayed out of trouble and gave their best. Despite the heavy contact levels and the fact that most of the U.K. top fighters were in attendance, all team members stood their ground and gave a brave performance. A. Aliousalah won gold in junior BB sparring and so did newcomer D. Doran (8th Kup). Silver placements were won by Black Belts E. Moulster and A. Chapman. Bronze medals were also won by J. Doran and M. Hillier in sparring. Report here   2008 L.T.S.I. Charter of Operations published 23/07/08: The L.T.S.I. has now updated the Charter of Operations. As many have seen, expansion is now happening at a steady rate within the group, so we have had to update our operations policy for all to see. As a fully independent and professional group based in the U.K., we pride ourselves on the fact that we are 100% transparent, meaning our members know the rules from day one. We know there are many who claim the same as us but, to ensure we deliver a service unmatched by any others, we endeavour to publish all legal documents so the public can see there are no hidden agendas in our organisation.
